Mark manages the comprehensive operations of Winding Lane Management, ensuring that all business activities are in accordance with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Mark has led the growth of three urgent care companies, scaling from start-up to multi-site, multi-state operations with a focus on joint-venture partnerships with health systems across the county including Ascension, HCA and Trinity Health.

Kimberly Hodgkinson, MBA, FHFMA, FACHE
Kim oversees the financial operations of our services, encompassing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, supply chain management, and revenue cycle management. She ensures adherence to all financial regulations and standards. Kim possesses extensive expertise in financial and revenue management, IT, and overall operations. With over twenty years of experience in the health system sector, she has held various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Ascension, Trinity Health, and Hospital Sisters Health.

Claudio is entrusted with strategic planning and business development, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has a comprehensive background in creating and implementing health system strategic initiatives related to service line planning, physician relations, and business development. His successful track record includes developing growth strategies that increased revenue from $1.6 billion to $1.9 billion through strategic partnerships and meticulous business planning. Furthermore, Claudio has led the physician outreach function, concentrating on network growth and business development.
